Thunder Premier 18u is our college exposure team comprised of players that are interested in playing fastpitch softball at the next level. This team competes in PGF and similar caliber tournaments and showcase events. We invite you to learn more about this wonderful collection of young athletes and our coaches are happy to provide additional information upon request. Coach Biographies
Manager: Jon Kee Coach Kee has over a decade's experience coaching fastpitch softball and basketball at a variety of levels. He is the co-Founder and President of Thunder Fastpitch and has two daughters currently playing for the program. He was a two-sport athlete in high school and has a high-level knowledge of the fastpitch game. Coach Kee also leads our recruiting support program that aims to help connect Thunder players with collegiate playing opportunities. |

Head Coach: Jackie Orel Jackie is in her fifth year playing college softball as a starting catcher/outfielder at Elmhurst University. She is working to obtain her teaching license for physical education K-12 and is majoring in physical education with a minor in health education. She has been coaching for four years prior to starting with the Thunder, serving as the Head Coach of 16u and 18u Illinois Patriots and Assistant Coach of Northern Ice 16u. She has also been giving catching lessons for the past two years. |

Assistant Coach, Hitting: Kalvin Thongchamleunsouk Kalvin graduated with an associates degree in Science at Kankakee Community College then transferred to Elmhurst college and earned an Exercise science Degree. He is a National Gold Glove winner, winning Best Defensive Second Baseman in the nation, All region and 2nd team All-American during his collegiate career. Kalvin's extensive hitting knowledge and connections to Midwest recruiting makes him a valuable addition to the coaching staff. |

Thunder Player Development: Kellie Fox Fox is a two-time All-American in two years of eligibility after transferring to Arizona and 2014 Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year, member of the U.S. National Team (2014, 2015), and led Arizona in batting average as a senior (.400). |
